At HKS Sports and Outdoor, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to your delivery address. Please review our U.S. Shipping Policy before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times within the United States are:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, customs inspections (if applicable), or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

As we work with multiple suppliers, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Packages may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless stated during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier and our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still require assistance, our support team will do its best to help investigate the issue.
