At HKS Sports and Outdoor, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed through our website.


Canceling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Because we operate as a dropshipping business, orders are sent to our suppliers for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Once an order enters processing, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.


Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If your order has already been processed or dispatched by our supplier:

  • The order cannot be canceled.

  • You may be eligible for a return or refund after receiving the item, subject to our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy.


How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for the cancellation request

Our support team will review your request and notify you whether your order is eligible for cancellation.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order has been processed or shipped:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, a refund cannot be issued until the return process has been completed, if applicable.


Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or another order detail, please contact us immediately.

We will make every effort to update your order before it is processed. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.


Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests in the following situations:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped.

  • The item is custom-made or personalized.

  • The order is identified as fraudulent or violates our Terms and Conditions.
