Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

At HKS Sports and Outdoor, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.

  • The item is defective or does not function as intended.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is significantly different from the product description.

  • The item arrives with missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Used products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping package and label, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Store credit, where appropriate


How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  4. If a return is required, securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our support team.

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may delay or prevent the processing of your request.


Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Replacements

If a replacement is approved:

  • We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped as soon as possible.

  • Replacement shipping times may vary depending on product availability and supplier processing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged or defective item

  • An incorrect product sent by us

we may cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative solution.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, where applicable.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our suppliers to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
